The print size and application process are identical — both use a 10"×10" chest transfer pressed at 305°F for 15 seconds with hot peel. The only practical difference is that long sleeve shirts require you to fold the sleeves back flat before pressing to prevent them from bunching under the heat platen. Everything else is the same.

Do DTF transfers work on henley and thermal shirts?

Yes — DTF transfers work on henleys, thermal waffle-knit shirts, and long sleeve performance shirts in cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics.
