What is the difference between sublimation transfers and DTF transfers?

Sublimation transfers are designed for light coloured polyester fabrics and sublimation coated hard surfaces such as mugs and tumblers. The ink bonds permanently into the surface leaving no texture or raised feel. DTF transfers are designed for fabric in any colour — cotton, polyester, and blends. UV DTF transfers are for hard surfaces such as phone cases, wood, glass, and acrylic and require no heat to apply.
