What is a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF gang sheet combines multiple designs on one large transfer sheet — up to 22 inches by 120 inches — in a single print run. Instead of printing each design individually you pack them together, significantly reducing the cost per transfer. As low as $0.02 per square inch. How much can I save with a DTF gang sheet?
Significantly — the more designs you pack onto one sheet the lower your cost per transfer. What file formats do you accept for gang sheets?
PNG, JPG, PDF, and SVG files at a minimum of 300dpi. Transparent backgrounds are recommended for best results — designs with a transparent background press cleanly onto any fabric colour without a visible background box.
Do DTF transfers work on dark fabrics?
Yes — DTF transfers include a white ink underbase that allows vibrant full-colour prints on dark, black, and any colour fabric. This is one of the key advantages of DTF over sublimation and screen printing. See our full fabric compatibility guide for details.
How long do DTF transfers last?
Mugsie DTF transfers are rated to 50+ washes with no cracking, peeling, or fading when applied correctly. They outperform vinyl and screen printing on wash durability. Always wash inside out in cold water and avoid tumble drying for maximum longevity.
What size gang sheet should I order?
Choose based on your order volume. The 22 by 24 inch is ideal for testing new designs. The 22 by 60 inch is our most popular size for regular production. The 22 by 120 inch is suited for high volume orders. Larger sheets offer a lower cost per transfer. Use our free sizing guide for help choosing.
How quickly will my gang sheet be dispatched?
All orders are printed in the USA and dispatched within 24 hours of ordering from our facility in Agoura Hills, California. Order by 2PM for same day dispatch. No overseas production — no delays.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
No minimum — order as few as 1 gang sheet in any size. Perfect for testing a new design before ordering in bulk. Volume pricing is available for larger quantities.
