The 10x10" size hits the sweet spot for adult apparel - it's large enough to make an impact but not so big that it overwhelms smaller adult sizes like S and M. This size works perfectly across the widest range of adult garments (S-XL) without needing adjustments, making it the safest choice when you're not sure which size to order. It's also the most cost-effective size relative to print area, giving you great value.

The 10x10" size is ideal for adult Small through XL shirts. For 2XL and larger, we recommend our 12x12" large size for better proportions on larger garments. The 10x10" size looks professional and balanced on standard unisex tees, fitted women's tees, and most adult hoodies without overwhelming the garment.

Both work! A heat press gives the most consistent results with even pressure and temperature, but you can absolutely use a household iron. Follow our iron application guide for best results - use the highest heat setting (cotton/linen), apply firm pressure for 15-20 seconds, and work in small circular motions to ensure even coverage. Many successful DTF businesses started with just a home iron!

We accept PNG, JPG, PDF, and SVG files. For the best quality on a 10x10" print, upload high-resolution images at 300 DPI or higher. PNG files with transparent backgrounds work best for designs without a background. Vector files (SVG, PDF from Illustrator) scale perfectly to any size. Avoid low-resolution images or screenshots as they may appear pixelated when enlarged to 10x10".

For chest placement, position the top of your 10x10" transfer about 2-3 inches below the collar seam for a professional look. The 10x10" size leaves comfortable margins on standard adult shirts.

No! DTF transfers have a soft, flexible hand-feel after the second press. Unlike thick vinyl that can feel rubbery, DTF transfers integrate into the fabric and become soft and breathable.
