Use the 4 P's method: Place, Press, Peel, Press Again (PPPP method)
- PLACE – Position your DTF transfer on the garment with the design side DOWN (colored side touching fabric).
- PRESS – Heat press at 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds with firm, even pressure.
- PEEL – Let cool for 10-15 seconds, then peel the clear film off slowly while still warm.
- FINAL PRESS – Cover design with parchment paper and press for 5-10 seconds to lock in durability.
💡 Pro Tip: The transfer should feel slightly tacky when you peel the film - this means perfect application!

Shipping Policy
100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. We currently ship within the United States and to US territories only. For more on our products, visit our DTF transfers or sublimation mugs collection pages.
Delayed or Lost Orders
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 business days for US orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
Wrong or Incomplete Address
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
