Use the 4 P's method: Place, Press, Peel, Press Again (PPPP method)

  1. PLACE – Position your DTF transfer on the garment with the design side DOWN (colored side touching fabric).
  2. PRESS – Heat press at 320°F (160°C) for 15 seconds with firm, even pressure.
  3. PEEL – Let cool for 10-15 seconds, then peel the clear film off slowly while still warm.
  4. FINAL PRESS – Cover design with parchment paper and press for 5-10 seconds to lock in durability.

💡 Pro Tip: The transfer should feel slightly tacky when you peel the film - this means perfect application!

Application Instructions:

  1. Prepare Your Surface: Ensure your garment or accessory is clean and dry before applying the transfer.
  2. Position Your Design: Carefully place the transfer in the desired location, ensuring proper alignment.
  3. Apply Heat: Use a heat press or iron to apply firm, even pressure at the recommended temperature (usually around 310°F / 155°C) for approximately 15 seconds.
  4. Cool and Peel: Allow the transfer to cool for a few seconds before gently peeling off the transfer backing.
  5. Final Press & Wash Instructions: For added durability, cover the design with parchment paper or a thin cloth and press again for an additional 10-15 seconds. When washing, turn the garment inside out, wash on a gentle cycle using cold water, and air dry or tumble dry on low heat.
