Shipping Policy

100% of orders are shipped within one business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays. We currently ship within the United States and to US territories only. For more on our products, visit our DTF transfers or sublimation mugs collection pages.

Delayed or Lost Orders

A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for 15 business days for US orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that, we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery costs to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

Application Instructions

Applying your DTF transfer is fast and easy! Follow these steps for best results:

🌡️ Temperature: 275°F – 300°F (135°C – 150°C)
⏱️ Press Time: 10–15 seconds with medium-to-firm pressure
📄 Peel: Warm or cold peel — lift film slowly after pressing
🔁 Re-press: Optional — re-press with parchment paper for 5 seconds to improve adhesion
🧺 Wash Care: Turn garment inside out, wash cold, tumble dry low
